My inspiration for getting into the sport of bodybuilding - the master himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger

I’ve been interested in the sport of bodybuilding since I was a kid. It all started when I saw my first Schwarzenegger movie. I immediately got hooked. I knew when I grew up that I wanted to be just as big as Arnold. I got my first weight set soon after and have been lifting ever since.

I’ve accumulated a lot of knowledge over the years and have learned many things. I’ve learned what to do and what not to do, sometimes learning the hard way through injury.

I hope to give out some of that accumulated wisdom to help those of you just starting out in the world of bodybuilding.

What I don’t want this site to be is a meat head site where I give you these generic bull shit training programs that I see on other bodybuilding sites. Every person is different and what works for you will not necessarily work for everyone else.

I’m sure you’ve heard the old saying, give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and he eats for life. I want to teach you all how to fish. I want you guys to learn enough about bodybuilding and your own bodies that you can come up with your own training routine that best suits you. Only then will you be successful.

So welcome to my site and feel free to look around. Hopefully you’ll gain something here that will help you achieve your bodybuilding goals.
